At Soya Athens Kyoto, we offer fresh Japanese food and products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed.

In some cases, we may substitute items with similar products if the requested item is unavailable, unless you have specifically requested otherwise.
